Welcome to our website! We are an Austin, Texas-based Talent Optimization company that specializes in Disability Inclusion and communication skills. We help you develop strategies and initiatives that benefit your business wherever you are in the United States.

Research tells us that employees with disabilities are on average the most productive employees, however, only 4% of DEI Initiatives include disability considerations. Does that make sense to your bottom line?

Potential areas of conflict arise when employees have not developed trust or value the perspectives of their co-workers. Do you know if you are including everyone in your mission and vision?
